New traditional development in Saint Gervais to be launched
Soon to be launched a new outright development (Rue du Mont Lachat) in Saint Gervais. A luxury development whose architecture will be a tribute to the Spa town's 1900s architecture (Validated by French National Heritage). Saint Gervais offers direct access to the Evasion Mont Blanc ski domain and its 410 kms of pistes. Apartments will range from studio to extensive 3-bedroom apartments. Prices should be very interesting at around 4,400€/m2 of living surface (excluding balcony or terrace).
Launch is probably due for April/May 2010 as strict ubanisation laws in Saint Gervais make the whole process extremely slow.
