The chalet is a traditional style fully-detached alpine chalet. It sleeps 20 persons in 8 bedrooms (6 twin-bedded & 2 family bedrooms) all attractively furnished and dressed with crisp white bedlinen. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and some have balconies.

There is a large south facing sun terrace complete with tables and chairs, overlooking the piste and a spacious open plan dining and living area with a 360 degree fire place.
The two family bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and open onto a sundeck. They both sleep four in twin beds and bunk beds. The first floor has three ensuite twin-bedded rooms, two of which open onto a sundeck and the third has a large corner jacuzzi bath.The top floor also has three ensuite twin-bedded rooms. There is a health suite, comprising a sauna and jacuzzi.
All rooms are fully ensuite.The chalet has wide windows and a private terrace offering dramatic views across the valley and large living and dining areas with open fireplaces.

A sauna and Jacuzzi room are located on the ground floor to unwind after a long day on the pistes and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests’ use, together with drying areas and ski racks.

The chalet is located in an enviable position only 150 yards from the ski lifts (telesiege du Bettex with direct access to Three Valley ski domain) and you can ski back to the chalets.

The price:
Average living surface: 150m2 + 12m2 private balcony + parking for 2 cars. On the ground floor is a fitness area with sauna and Hammam. There is also a hot tub for 5/6 persons outside the chalets. The garages (2 cars) are currently used as ski room & sauna by current leaseback operators.

The area
Pretty Reberty Village, situated at 2000m, is halfway between Val Thorens and Saint Martin de Belleville in Les Trois Vallees ski domain (The Three Valleys). Le Bettex (name of the hamlet) is a charming Savoyard village located close to Saint Martin de Belleville. The village is a well-designed new development built along traditional lines and to high standards.  At the top of the village you will find La Ferme, an excellent bar/restaurant with a warm welcome and great atmosphere. A useful, small supermarket is located within 100 yards.

Les Menuires is a good gateway into famous Les Trois Vallées, which has some of the best Alpine skiing. One of the most extensively linked ski areas in the world, The Three Valleys has a massive 600km of pistes. There is a great choice of terrain, making it suitable for all levels of skiers and boarders. Located high within the Three Valleys, Les Menuires usually has some of the best snow conditions to be found in France. Access to the well-known resorts of Meribel and Courchevel is easy, and there are many restaurants and bars on the slopes in all three valleys.
