5 years already that Skipropertyshop (part of Findhomeabroad) was launched as a ski property consultancy firm based in UK. We have been working jointly with the best developers and constructors on many ski property developments in some of the best ski locations of the Alps.
Our philosophy is simple: we will never sell you a property we wouldn't buy for ourselves. Excellent location and good value for money are our main criteria. Also we have decided to dedicate our efforts to mainly new-build properties almost exclusively. We believe many of the resale properties currently on the market do not satisfy today’s higher client expectations (insulation, soundproofing, design, only to mention a few). In 60s, 70s and 80s it was more about building anywhere to house as many skiers per m2 as possible!
Today a ski property is more about space, comfort and traditional design with a strong emphasis on respecting its environment as well as offering excellent facilities.
A new trend in last few years has been the increased interest by UK buyers in the summer activities as well as rental potential linked to a ski property.
