We are a property consultancy company specialised in new French properties. All our team is French, with David Olsson our CEO a French native (Swedish name, but it's a long story...). We believe that it is important to be French when dealing with French property professionals as communication and rapport are much improved. This way we deal easily starting with constructors, developers, architects, carpenters, plumbers, notaires, bank managers, etc. It does make a difference and of course, we won't charge you to call EDF to connect the electricity in your new French property!

We are your main port of call for any question you may have (it helps when you don't speak French). Developers are developers, not PR geniuses or sales consultant so it really helps to have someone caring and lending a listening ear who can liaise on your behalf.

And most of all, because we are partners with the best developers and work hand in hand, we sell at developer's price (exactly same price as buying direct from developer's sales office. Very often we are the exclusive selling agents in UK, only that we are independent therefore not linked by any contract. Regarding developer's price, trying to increase price with a hidden commission would be commercial suicide with today's savvy buyers who compare and shop around on the Internet. What is the difference between buying from the developer’s sales office and us? We understand your expectations as we all live in UK, we are registered in UK and take great pride in our reputation and of course you are welcome to come and meet us at our West London office.
